01 / The hospitality worth protecting

Guests remember the welcome.
Your team makes it possible.

The room that was ready. The detail someone remembered. The problem solved before it spoiled a stay.

Behind those moments, resort teams coordinate hundreds of decisions. A booking changes availability. A promotion changes demand. More guests change the supplies, preparation and work required.

Too often, the people running the property have to make those connections themselves—moving between calendars, messages, reports and spreadsheets.

Stayvant connects the work behind the stay, so your people have more time for the moments guests remember.

02 / Every decision changes the whole resort

One weekend.
A connected set of decisions.

Explore how commercial opportunities and operational needs can be considered together. These illustrative scenarios show the direction of Stayvant's decision intelligence.

Bookings are behind the expected pace.

The question: which response fits this property, this date and the resources available?

  1. Understand the gap

Review booking pace, available rooms, current rates and relevant competitor offers.

  2. Connect the consequences

Consider a rate change or targeted promotion alongside the supplies and work that additional guests would require.

  3. Prepare the next move

Present the evidence, price limits and proposed tasks for an operator to review.

  4. Measure what follows

Track pickup, revenue and operational outcomes to evaluate the decision.

Illustrative workflows and example figures—not live forecasts or measured results. Coordinated decision evaluation is a development direction; available workflows are confirmed for each pilot.

03 / The platform behind every stay

The whole operation.
One connected foundation.

From the first booking to the next visit, Stayvant brings the commercial, guest and operational sides of a resort into a shared working environment.

04 / Conversational operations

Ask the resort.
Keep the context.

A natural way for authorized staff to work with operational information and prepare their next step.

“Who's in-house today?”

Bring the relevant guests, units and occupancy into one answer.

“Prepare a booking for this family.”

Check availability and prepare the booking details for staff confirmation.

“Why is next weekend quiet?”

Use booking and market evidence to investigate the dates that need attention.

05 / Decision intelligence

Understand the change.
Prepare a considered response.

Pricing and resource forecasts start with the property's own evidence. Market context and operating constraints help make a recommendation useful.

Our development framework. Coordinated evaluation and broader adaptive learning are research directions; learning requires sufficient outcome data and validation for each decision type.

06 / Intelligent coordination. Human authority.

Your judgment stays
at the centre.

The right level of automation depends on the decision, the evidence and the rules of the property.

Understand the recommendation

Review the evidence and constraints behind a proposed action, including where the available data is limited.

Set the boundaries

Permissions, price limits and property rules define who can approve a change and how it can be applied.

Build confidence progressively

Start with review and approval. Extend automation only for validated workflows, with a clear way to return control to the team.

Privacy and model choice

Stayvant separates operational services and decision models from the language model used for conversation. Access, provider configuration and data handling must be agreed for each deployment. Model choice—including a locally hosted option where supported—is evaluated against the property's requirements. The intelligence architecture is designed to evolve independently of a single conversational provider.

07 / Why we are building Stayvant

Advanced intelligence.
Personal hospitality.

Stayvant is being developed alongside a resort design customer, with real workflows shaping the platform. The work starts with the details: preparing a stay, checking a rate, reconciling a booking and making sure the team has what it needs.

Our ambition is to make sophisticated operational intelligence accessible to independent resorts. Each property has its own seasonality, guest mix, resources and way of welcoming people. Its decisions deserve that context.

Intelligence should give people more room to provide hospitality.

The foundation and the next advance

Implemented foundations

Connected operational services, pricing and inventory analysis, recorded recommendations and operator approval boundaries provide the working foundation.

Pilot validation

Evaluate forecast quality, decision usefulness and day-to-day workflow performance with real property data. Separate measured results from expectations.

Research direction

Develop methods to evaluate commercial opportunities together with their operational consequences, and investigate how outcome evidence can improve future recommendations.

Explore the intelligence behind the platform

EstateScope is Stayvant's intelligence layer. Its current architecture includes separate demand and inventory models evaluated against later periods of historical data. Evidence thresholds and explicit fallback methods help distinguish a model forecast from a historical estimate.

The next research questions concern limited property history, relationships between decisions, and evaluation under operating constraints. Joint decision models, causal effects and broader adaptive learning each require their own validation.

Our intended measures include forecast error, recommendation usefulness, staff time and resource planning outcomes. Each pilot gives the team a defined setting in which to evaluate progress.

08 / Start with your resort

Bring us the decisions
that take your time.

Explore a managed pilot around your property, your existing systems and the workflows that matter most to your team.

Opens an email to our team. Tell us about your property, current systems and the first workflow you would like to improve.

  1. Understand the operation

Discuss your property, the data available and the problems you want to solve.

  2. Agree the scope

Confirm modules, integrations, responsibilities, support and the measures of success before the pilot begins.

  3. Validate with your team

Review outputs alongside your current process. Expand the scope as evidence and operational readiness allow.

Do we have to replace our current PMS immediately?

A pilot can start with intelligence alongside your existing system where the required data connection is supported. Any later migration needs reconciliation, an agreed authority model and a controlled activation plan.

Which capabilities will be available for our property?

We confirm the pilot's exact scope before onboarding. Availability depends on your integrations, data, configuration and acceptance checks. Payments, channel delivery and other live workflows are activated only when their prerequisites are met.

What does a successful pilot look like?

We agree a baseline and practical measures for the selected workflows—for example, time spent preparing a booking, forecast accuracy, recommendation usefulness or earlier visibility of supply needs. The evaluation distinguishes observed outcomes from projected benefits.
